In May 2012 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale), which included the work Odalan (Balinese Temple Ceremony) by Rusli. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 187,500.00 (€ 19,532.51), 70% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Rusli; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Festival In Bali sold at auction in April 2013 with the realized price of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 36,708.31).

Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Odalan (Balinese Temple Ceremony) von Rusli zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 19.532,51) und damit 70% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Rusli; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Festival In Bali im April 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 36.708,31).
