Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Boats by Rusli was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,507.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rusli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Festival In Bali in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 36,708.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Boats von Rusli kam im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.507,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rusli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Festival In Bali im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 36.708,31).
