Monumental Works from the 1980s auction, the work Man Helping Another Man (The Fugitive) sold for USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,572.33) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Roy Fowler; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Rebels Making Powder In The Forest sold at auction in July 2019 with the realized price of USD 2,125.00 (€ 1,909.25).
