The work Landscapes Fan Collection by Rong Zuchun was sold in the Summer Reverie: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in September last year. It achieved a price of HKD 25,200.00 (€ 3,279.12), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Admittedly, works by Rong Zuchun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sketches in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 153,400.00 (€ 16,186.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscapes Fan Collection von Rong Zuchun wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Summer Reverie: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 25.200,00 (€ 3.279,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rong Zuchun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sketches im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 153.400,00 (€ 16.186,15).
