Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady by Rong Zuchun was sold in the Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 17,700.00 (€ 1,993.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rong Zuchun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sketches in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 153,400.00 (€ 16,186.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lady von Rong Zuchun wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 17.700,00 (€ 1.993,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rong Zuchun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sketches im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 153.400,00 (€ 16.186,15).
