Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Bonhams held the auction Modern British and Irish Art, which included the work Birdham Canal by Ronald Ossory Dunlop. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 892.50 (€ 1,015.39). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ronald Ossory Dunlop achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work London In The Rain in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,501.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Birdham Canal von Ronald Ossory Dunlop zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 892,50 (€ 1.015,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ronald Ossory Dunlop erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit London In The Rain im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.501,94).
