Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ron Gorchov was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in February 2021. The price achieved of GBP 2,772.00 (€ 3,196.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ron Gorchov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work General in June this year with an auction result of GBP 152,800.00 (€ 177,832.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ron Gorchov kam im Februar 2021 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.772,00 (€ 3.196,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ron Gorchov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit General im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 152.800,00 (€ 177.832,89).
