This artwork by Roland Flexner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2011. In the “Cent Briques pour Madagascar” Sale Benefiting to Association Ecoles du Monde auction, the work Sans Titre, 2010 sold for EUR 1,400.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 501.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roland Flexner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work SN39, which sold at auction in October 2016 for EUR 3,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Roland Flexner erzielte im März 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion “Cent Briques pour Madagascar” Sale Benefiting to Association Ecoles du Monde wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre, 2010 für EUR 1.400,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 501,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Roland Flexner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit SN39 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2016 für EUR 3.500,00 versteigert wurde.
