Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work "Sarkofagförslag" by Roj Friberg for SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,966.75). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 70,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Roj Friberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work ”Slottsinteriör” in November 2019 with an auction result of SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,527.09).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Sarkofagförslag" von Roj Friberg für SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.966,75) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roj Friberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ”Slottsinteriör” im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.527,09).
