Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Etude pour le guéridon Louis-Philippe - circa 1921 by Roger de la Fresnaye. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,362.00 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roger de la Fresnaye achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La conquête de l'air, avec deux personnages in March 2017 with an auction result of EUR 2,370,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Etude pour le guéridon Louis-Philippe - circa 1921 von Roger de la Fresnaye zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.362,00 und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roger de la Fresnaye erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La conquête de l'air, avec deux personnages im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.370.500,00.
