Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work "Red Maple Creek" by Robert Terry for SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,402.02). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Terry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Resplendent Road", which sold at auction in June 2020 for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 9,562.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Red Maple Creek" von Robert Terry für SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.402,02) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Robert Terry mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Resplendent Road" beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 9.562,82) versteigert wurde.
