In the Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer auction, the work Cowboy Playing Guitar sold for USD 1,912.50 (€ 1,803.90) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Robert Shufelt; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Cowboys, Chilly Winds, and Bill Riggins, Super Looping (a group of three) sold at auction in April this year with the realized price of USD 3,825.00 (€ 3,464.67).
