A top price for Robert Mangold
In February 2016 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction, which included this untitled work by Robert Mangold. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 746,500.00 (€ 956,547.57), 49% above the upper estimate. With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Robert Mangold that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Februar 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Robert Mangold zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 746.500,00 (€ 956.547,57) und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist dieses Werk ohne Titel sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Robert Mangold, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
