Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2007 Sothebys in Sydney held the auction Important Australian Art, which included the work Australian Blue Landscape by Robert Juniper. Here, the upper estimate of AUD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for AUD 15,600.00 (€ 9,397.39). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Robert Juniper - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Madman's Outcamp, which sold at auction in September 2013 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 28,389.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in Sydney die Auktion Important Australian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Australian Blue Landscape von Robert Juniper zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von AUD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für AUD 15.600,00 (€ 9.397,39) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Robert Juniper mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Madman's Outcamp beobachtet, die im September 2013 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 28.389,45) versteigert wurde.
