Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Street scene, Cairo by Robert Talbot Kelly was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 840.00 (€ 1,246.67). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Talbot Kelly achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tangiers in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 28,586.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Street scene, Cairo von Robert Talbot Kelly kam im Dezember 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 840,00 (€ 1.246,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Talbot Kelly erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tangiers im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 28.586,50).
