Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Karnak' by Robert Talbot Kelly was sold in the Travel & Exploration auction at Bonhams in London in February 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 956.25 (€ 1,102.85) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Talbot Kelly achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tangiers in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 28,586.50).

Die Arbeit 'Karnak' von Robert Talbot Kelly wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion Travel & Exploration bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 956,25 (€ 1.102,85) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.000,00.
