This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Multiples | ONLINE ONLY at VAN HAM in Cologne and was even below the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Filliou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Principe D'Équivalence, Création Permanente - Red Sock In Yellow Box I, Ii, Iii in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 79,250.00 (€ 100,688.02).

Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Optimistic Box No.1 Thank god for modern weapons.. von Robert Filliou für EUR 207,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Multiples | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM in Köln erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Filliou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Principe D'Équivalence, Création Permanente - Red Sock In Yellow Box I, Ii, Iii im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 100.688,02).
