Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of AUD 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for AUD 22,140.00 (€ 13,211.69). Admittedly, works by Robert Dickerson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Swimmers at the River, 2000 in November 2020 with an auction result of AUD 86,100.00 (€ 72,062.27).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von AUD 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für AUD 22.140,00 (€ 13.211,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Dickerson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Swimmers at the River, 2000 im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 86.100,00 (€ 72.062,27).
