The price achieved of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,116.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A Prize Bull is the most expensive artwork by Richard Whitford that we have observed at auctions so far.
