Die Arbeit Le Rivage Intérieur - 1998-99 von Richard Texier kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.936,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Texier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cosmos, 2002 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 92.940,00.
