Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April last year Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Auction, which included the work 4 Verbundene Gruppen by Richard Paul Lohse. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 44,100.00. Admittedly, works by Richard Paul Lohse have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Neun Vertikale Systematische Farbreihen Mit Horizontaler Und Vertikaler Verdichtung, 1955/69 in May 2014 with an auction result of CHF 317,000.00 (€ 259,828.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit 4 Verbundene Gruppen von Richard Paul Lohse zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 44.100,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Richard Paul Lohse auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Neun Vertikale Systematische Farbreihen Mit Horizontaler Und Vertikaler Verdichtung, 1955/69 im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 317.000,00 (€ 259.828,45).
