This price was achieved in the auction Day Auction at Sothebys in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Richard Eurich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work York Festival Triptych in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 104,500.00 (€ 130,567.75).
