Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Queen Mary, Going into Graving Dock by Richard Eurich for GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,410.65). This price was achieved in the auction Modern British Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Eurich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work York Festival Triptych in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 104,500.00 (€ 130,567.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Queen Mary, Going into Graving Dock von Richard Eurich für GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.410,65) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern British Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Eurich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit York Festival Triptych im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 104.500,00 (€ 130.567,75).
