Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work "Landskap från Grèz" by Richard Bergh was worth SEK 130,000.00 (€ 11,693.18) to a buyer in December this year. This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Richard Bergh - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lady with a fan, which sold at auction in June 2020 for SEK 260,000.00 (€ 24,863.32).

Die Arbeit "Landskap från Grèz" von Richard Bergh war einem Käufer im Dezember diesen Jahres SEK 130.000,00 (€ 11.693,18) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Richard Bergh mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lady with a fan beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für SEK 260.000,00 (€ 24.863,32) versteigert wurde.
