It achieved a price of HKD 762,000.00 (€ 91,334.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 52%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Retna; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sorcery of My Style sold at auction in April last year with the realized price of GBP 100,800.00 (€ 120,200.44).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 762.000,00 (€ 91.334,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 52%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Retna; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sorcery of My Style im April letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 100.800,00 (€ 120.200,44).
