Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included this untitled work by René Guiette. The price achieved of EUR 657.25 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by René Guiette achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Homme Et Femme Au Fauteuil Gris Ou Le Fauteuil Gris in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von René Guiette zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 657,25 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von René Guiette erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Homme Et Femme Au Fauteuil Gris Ou Le Fauteuil Gris im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
