Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work Caillou des miracles by René Guiette. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 956.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by René Guiette achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Homme Et Femme Au Fauteuil Gris Ou Le Fauteuil Gris in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Caillou des miracles von René Guiette zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 956,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von René Guiette erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Homme Et Femme Au Fauteuil Gris Ou Le Fauteuil Gris im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
