Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hudson Burlesk: A Double-Sided Work by Reginald Marsh was sold in the American Art auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November this year. The price achieved of USD 17,920.00 (€ 16,428.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Reginald Marsh achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Merry-Go-Round in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 790,000.00 (€ 747,964.40).
