Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Three works: (i) Quantum Memories: Noise A; (ii) Quantum Memories: Noise B; (iii) Quantum Memories: Noise C by Refik Anadol was worth GBP 1,651.00 (€ 1,881.60) to a buyer in April this year. This price was achieved in the auction Wired: Online Auction at Phillips in 12 - and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Refik Anadol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Living Architecture: Casa Batlló in May last year with an auction result of USD 1,380,000.00 (€ 1,285,993.85).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in 12 - erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Refik Anadol erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Living Architecture: Casa Batlló im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.380.000,00 (€ 1.285.993,85).
