Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Stairs by Raphaël Delorme was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2013. The price achieved of USD 31,250.00 (€ 24,383.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Raphaël Delorme have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Weiblicher Akt im Maschinenraum in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 125,000.00.

Die Arbeit The Stairs von Raphaël Delorme wurde im März 2013 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 31.250,00 (€ 24.383,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden.
