A top price for Raouf Rifai
The work Harmony by Raouf Rifai was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish ArtPart II auction at Christies in Dubai in October 2011. Here, the upper estimate of USD 28,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,406.25). With this result, Harmony is even the most expensive work of art by Raouf Rifai that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Harmony von Raouf Rifai wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish ArtPart II bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 28.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.250,00 (€ 22.406,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Harmony sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Raouf Rifai, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
