It changed hands for a price of USD 13,750.00 (€ 11,160.71) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Rafa al-Nasiri have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2015 the work Adaa ela Baghdad (Prayers for Baghdad) was auctioned for USD 21,250.00 (€ 19,784.01).
