Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Greypetpet by Radi Arwinda for HKD 30,000.00 (€ 2,975.05). This price was achieved in the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 35,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Radi Arwinda have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Apet: Blooming in May 2011 with an auction result of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 17,890.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Greypetpet von Radi Arwinda für HKD 30.000,00 (€ 2.975,05) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 35.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Radi Arwinda auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Apet: Blooming im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 17.890,93).
