This artwork by Radi Arwinda achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2011. In the Southeast Asian Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Apet: Blooming sold for HKD 200,000.00 (€ 17,890.93) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 90,000.00. This high result makes Apet: Blooming the most expensive artwork by Radi Arwinda that we have observed at auctions so far.
