Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Bonhams held the auction Modern Native American Art, which included the work #2 by Rudolph Carl Gorman. The price achieved of USD 7,012.50 (€ 6,351.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 9,000.00. Other works by Rudolph Carl Gorman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work #1 was auctioned for USD 9,562.50 (€ 8,661.68).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Modern Native American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit #2 von Rudolph Carl Gorman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 7.012,50 (€ 6.351,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Rudolph Carl Gorman konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit #1 für USD 9.562,50 (€ 8.661,68) versteigert.
