This artwork by Qin Zuyong achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. In the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape In The Style Of Huang Gongwang sold for HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,925.69) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Qin Zuyong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Eight Scenic Spots In Guangzhou in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 236,000.00 (€ 27,277.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Qin Zuyong erzielte im November 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Landscape In The Style Of Huang Gongwang für HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.925,69) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qin Zuyong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Eight Scenic Spots In Guangzhou im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 236.000,00 (€ 27.277,23).
