Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of HKD 126,500.00 (€ 11,765.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Qin Zuyong - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Eight Scenic Spots In Guangzhou, which sold at auction in May 2016 for HKD 236,000.00 (€ 27,277.23).
