Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Plum Blossoms and Birds by Qiao Mu was auctioned at Bonhams in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 8,287.50 (€ 938.73). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Qiao Mu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Eagle And Pine Trees, which sold at auction in October 2019 for HKD 17,700.00 (€ 2,023.08).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms and Birds von Qiao Mu kam im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 8.287,50 (€ 938,73) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Qiao Mu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Eagle And Pine Trees beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für HKD 17.700,00 (€ 2.023,08) versteigert wurde.
