A top price for Qiao Mu
The work Eagle And Pine Trees by Qiao Mu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 17,700.00 (€ 2,023.08), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 48%. With this result, Eagle And Pine Trees is even the most expensive work of art by Qiao Mu that we have observed at auctions so far.
