From The Collection of Mr. and Mrs. Lin Hsin Man 林希孟伉儷珍藏現代中國書畫 Lots 845-848 林希孟、昭美伉儷素好藝術，上世紀七十年代末始醉心收藏，閒暇即參觀博物館與畫廊，漸漸與集古齋熟絡，陸續購藏不少近現代名家之作，亦因此結識集古齋邀請來港的書畫大家，並獲寫贈。邦瀚斯書畫部於二〇一九年已陸續釋出「集古齋舊藏」一組及夫婦二人購於中僑百貨公司的林風眠〈裸女〉，成績不俗。本季再釋出近現代名家四幅，其中宋文治〈洞庭春曉〉寫於一九七七年，乃為二人所作，是畫家最爲經典的構圖，也是難得一見的佳作。

Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
When the work Taihu Landscape by Qian Songyan was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June this year, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - HKD 90,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than four times as high at HKD 448,000.00 (€ 52,348.72). Admittedly, works by Qian Songyan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scenery Of Huang Yang Jie in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 3,500,000.00 (€ 400,044.82).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Als die Arbeit Taihu Landscape von Qian Songyan im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches. Der obere Schätzpreis war mit – rückwirkend betrachtet recht bescheidenen – HKD 90.000,00 angesetzt, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis hingegen war mit HKD 448.000,00 (€ 52.348,72) mehr als viermal so hoch. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qian Songyan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scenery Of Huang Yang Jie im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.500.000,00 (€ 400.044,82).
