Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Plum Blossoms by Qian Shoutie was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 64,900.00 (€ 6,847.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Qian Shoutie have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Collection Of Seals Showing The Evolution Of Chinese Characters in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 48,902.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Qian Shoutie kam im April 2018 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 64.900,00 (€ 6.847,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qian Shoutie auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Collection Of Seals Showing The Evolution Of Chinese Characters im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 48.902,63).
