The result of EUR 1,300.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,300.00 – 1,400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Prosper Lecourtier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French Fantasia Arabe in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 43,000.00 (€ 27,620.76).
