Auction result well in line with expectations
The work French En Avant by Prosper Lecourtier was sold in the Sporting Art auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2007. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,255.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Prosper Lecourtier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French Fantasia Arabe in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 43,000.00 (€ 27,620.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit French En Avant von Prosper Lecourtier wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion Sporting Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
