It achieved a price of SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,797.26), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Primus Mortimer Pettersson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Soluppgång", which sold at auction in October 2010 for SEK 39,000.00 (€ 4,185.19).

Die Arbeit The Yellow Mansion von Primus Mortimer Pettersson kam im April 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.797,26) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von Primus Mortimer Pettersson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Soluppgång" beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für SEK 39.000,00 (€ 4.185,19) versteigert wurde.
