Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Evening by Primus Mortimer Pettersson was sold in the Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2011. The price achieved of SEK 9,000.00 (€ 998.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Primus Mortimer Pettersson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Soluppgång" in October 2010 with an auction result of SEK 39,000.00 (€ 4,185.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Evening von Primus Mortimer Pettersson wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 9.000,00 (€ 998,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Primus Mortimer Pettersson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Soluppgång" im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 39.000,00 (€ 4.185,19).
