The work Studio by Pompeo Mariani was worth EUR 1,000.00 to a buyer in December 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo at Il Ponte and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 300.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pompeo Mariani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Two Elegant Ladies in January 2011 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 43,292.02).
