Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pompeo Mariani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June 2020. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Porto di Genova sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pompeo Mariani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Two Elegant Ladies in January 2011 with an auction result of USD 59,375.00 (€ 43,292.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pompeo Mariani erzielte im Juni 2020 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wurde die Arbeit Porto di Genova für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pompeo Mariani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Two Elegant Ladies im Januar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 59.375,00 (€ 43.292,02).
