A top price for Plinio Nomellini - as previously expected
In December 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Le Querci Sul Mare by Plinio Nomellini. The price achieved of EUR 192,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 180,000.00 – 220,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Le Querci Sul Mare is the most expensive artwork by Plinio Nomellini that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Querci Sul Mare von Plinio Nomellini zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 192.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 180.000,00 – 220.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Le Querci Sul Mare das teuerste Kunstwerk von Plinio Nomellini, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
