In November 2005 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work 'Estate' by Plinio Nomellini. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 32,240.00 29% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Plinio Nomellini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Querci Sul Mare in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 192,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 29 % übertroffen
Im November 2005 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Estate' von Plinio Nomellini zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 32.240,00 und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Plinio Nomellini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Querci Sul Mare im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 192.250,00.
