Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art including Latin American and Russian Art, which included the work Attente En Automne by Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,250.00 (€ 24,641.22). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Alexandrovitch Nilouss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Three Women In The Park, which sold at auction in June 2008 for GBP 67,250.00 (€ 85,006.25).
